As a qualified Mindfulness Coach and teacher. I specialise in supporting under 18-year olds from my quiet space at home in Reading & in school settings using MBSR (Mindful Based Stress Reduction). I run free mindfulness classes at Reading university through the mental health charity Sport in Mind & my previous experience as a secondary school teacher, Pastoral Lead & level 3 counselling training enhances my work too.
I also run mindfulness for wellbeing classes on a Friday morning for adults in need of a pause & have a newevening 8 week Mindfulness course starting on Jan 20th, & Introduction to Mindfulness workshops starting in January 2020 too.
