I am a qualified Mindfulness Coach and teacher. I specialise in supporting under 18-year olds from my quiet space at home in Reading RG4 & in school settings using MBSR (Mindful Based Stress Reduction). My long experience as a secondary school teacher: training in MBSR (mindful based stress reduction), GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder), panic attacks and qualification in level 3 Certificate in counselling – CPCAB enhances my work too.
I also run mindfulness for wellbeing classes and monthly mini retreats for all adults in need of a pause. You may also book corporate/charity mindfulness workshops or bespoke small group sessions. New for 2018 has been the introduction of Hush kids mindfulness.
