Mindfulness for Wellbeing classes & Mini retreats.
ALL CLASSES FOR THE SUMMER TERM ARE WEEKLY, DROP IN SESSIONS - 8 WEEK COURSES START AGAIN IN AUTUMN 2018 . NEW MINDFUL MONDAY starts Monday 16th April 10-11am, Eye & Dunsden Hall and 7.30-8.30pm on a Monday too ALL WELCOME - Summer term and it's all drop in classes
A weekly, term time only class providing an opportunity to release unhelpful tensions & to find clarity & peace through a combination of guided meditations, with gentle focus on using the breath as an anchor, & some simple exercises to call on when stress is overwhelming. The class will be in part seated and in part on yoga mats for relaxation - these are provided.
Monthly mini retreat with spaces is on Friday 3rd August 7.30-9.30pm £25 at Eye & Dunsden Hall. Please note places must be reserved and paid for in advance and are non refundable. Mindfulness for Wellbeing classes for adults are also held on a Monday evening from 7.30-8.30pm at Eye & Dunsden Hall this is less than 10 minutes from Caversham/Emmer Green and Henley. There is plenty of parking and the hall is in a peaceful location. The course focuses on reducing stress and anxiety, which in turn improves overall wellbeing and sleep. There is a different theme each week.
